A plea deal reached Monday in a Marshall County child pornography case has resulted in a three year prison sentence for 38 year old James Darrell Milligan.
Milligan pled guilty to a possession of child pornography charge.
He was arrested after a roommate discovered the images on his computer and a flash drive, in Guntersville last year.
Authorities said Milligan was in possession of more than 300 images of child pornography.
