A 37 year old Rome man was booked into the Floyd County Jail Wednesday, on the charges of child molestation and statutory rape. According to the arrest reports Dale J. Early of an Alfred Avenue address was taken into custody at his home by Floyd County Police.
He was also charged with sodomy, enticing a child for indecent purposes – and aggravated child molestation.
Details regarding the arrest have yet to be released.
