Gaylesville Firefighters were dispatched to report of woods early Sunday near the area of 800 County Road 114 – upon arrival they found they fire to be burning approximately 10-15 acres on both sides of the road and a structure on fire as well.
At that time additional units from Cedar Bluff and Broomtown were dispatched to assist – it is not known if the structure was occupied or vacant – the Alabama Forestry Commission was also called to the scene to assist.
