Three people were sent to the hospital, two with gunshot wounds, after what police have described as a domestic incident that happened in the parking lot of a convenience store on U.S. 411 in Cave Spring.
Major Tom Ewing with the Floyd County Police Department said no one has been charged in connection with the incident but they are interviewing people at this hour.
He did not know the severity of the gunshot wounds. A third person was taken to the hospital after being beaten to be treated for contusions.
