A two-vehicle accident in Marshall County late Wednesday afternoon resulted in the death of an Arab woman.
According to reports the wreck occurred at 5:30pm at the intersection of Highway 231 and Mat Morrow Road near Arab – when a Hyundai Accent failed to yield the right-of-way – and was t-boned by a Toyota FJ Cruiser.

The driver of the Hyundai – 51 year old Carrie Dix, was fatally injured in the crash.
The condition of the other driver is unknown.
