A Hays Prison employee will stand trial in Chattooga County – after recently being indicted by a grand jury.
Jordan Adam Exodus Rosas stands accused of giving s prisoner tobacco products, in May of this year (2014).
Contraband such as tobacco and illegal drugs has been a problem in the past at Hays Prison and the Georgia Department of Corrections is in the midst of a crackdown on contraband at the facility.
