Chattooga County authorities have learned that a man charged with stealing a car over the past weekend has been in trouble before – on a number of occasions.
40 year old Michael Adam McGuire stands accused of stealing a 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix as the owner shopped inside a local convenience store; that car was later found in Habersham County where authorities took McGuire into custody on that charge as well as warrants out of both Habersham and White counties.
McGuire has been arrested in several counties across the state of Georgia including Catoosa and Gordon; he was in trouble in Chattooga County a number of years ago as well.
