Three Cherokee County residents were arrested on drug charges Sunday.
Jamie Lynn Miller, age 45 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested and charged with three Counts of the Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance, with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree and Unlawful Possession o Drug Paraphernalia.
36 year old Terry DeWayne Miller, also of Cedar Bluff, was arrested on charges of Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia along with Tampering with Physical Evidence and Criminal Littering.
Both were booked into the Cherokee County Detention Center just before 5:00pm.
Tony Michael McMurray, age 60 of Centre – was arrested and charged with three counts of Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Violation of the Prohibition Law.
He was booked in shortly after 11:30pm.
According to information listed on the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office website – the bond for Jamie Lynn Miller stands at $1,000 while bond for Terry DeWayne Miller has been set at $1,500.
Bond for McMurray has yet to be set.
All three individuals currently remain in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
