A 44 year old Cherokee County woman was arrested on drug charges Thursday night.
Kristy Denise Jones of Centre was placed under arrest by the Centre Police Department and charged with two counts of the Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance and with the Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 1st Degree – along with the Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Jones was booked into the Cherokee County Detention Center just after 7:00pm – bond has yet to be set in that case.
