A Silver Creek Georgia man has been arrested and charged with arson, in connection with a structure fire which occurred on the Martha Berry Highway in early August.
65 year old Albert Howard is accused of setting fire to the building he used for his business known as Rocky Mountain Supply; those taking part in the investigation included the Floyd County Police Department and the Rome Fire Marshal’s Office.
The investigation was re-opened following additional evidence being uncovered.
Howard has been charged with one count of Arson 2nd Degree – and the investigation into the matter is on-going.
