A Chattooga County resident has been charged with killing a man in Floyd County Tuesday morning.
20 year old Kyle Timmons of Trion has been charged with murder – in connection with the shooting death of 24 year old Dominique Alexander Spear at Callier Forrest Apartments.
Lt. Gary Clayton of the Rome Police Department stated that the preliminary investigation indicated that the two were involved in an altercation in front of Building J.
