The “Big E Cruzin’ for Charity” organization is once again revving up for a good cause – with September Fest in the Park taking place this Saturday (September 20th) from noon to six – Alan Amos tells us more about that family-friendly event

But that’s not all – as everyone will have the opportunity to “roll back the years” that night from 7:00 – 10:00

All proceeds will go toward helping the Children’s Advocacy Center of Cherokee County; we recently spoke with Director Lori Harris about the services provided by the Center:

Recent cutbacks in funding from both federal and other sources, has led to the Center being forced to work within an extremely tight budget; in some cases, even having to cut services

Last year’s Cruise-in and car show raised more than a thousand dollars, and this year’s goal is $3,000.
