The Marshall County man fatally injured when his tractor rolled over Monday morning, has been identified as 65 year old Bennie Poole.
Authorities say the incident took place sometime before noon that day off of Douglas Hyatt Road in the Horton community.
Douglas Police say Poole was in a pasture near the backside of a pond – an area that is very uneven – and as he was bush-hogging the property, the tractor tipped over on top of him.
Poole was declared dead at the scene.
