CB Park Grant

The Town of Cedar Bluff has received a $5,500 grant from the Coosa Valley Resource Conservation and Development Council to be used for improvements to the Town Park.

The funds were used to level and reseed an area that was deemed unsafe for play – Cedar Bluff Councilman Norman Burton explains.

New lights, picnic tables, and a volleyball court were also installed. An outdated and unsafe fountain was removed to prevent accidents.

The Town of Cedar Bluff and the Coosa Valley RC&D appreciate the support of State Representative Richard Lindsey and State Senator Phil Williams for their leadership in making these funds available.
