Another individual wanted here in Cherokee County has been picked up in northwest Georgia.
Floyd County Sheriff’s Office Deputies took 50 year old Centre resident, Timothy Paul Martin – into custody Wednesday on a Fugitive from Justice Warrant.
He was wanted in Cherokee County for a probation violation – he was on probation for domestic violence.
He is currently awaiting extradition back to Cherokee County.
