One person was injured following an apparent fall at the Mill Hole near John’s Creek at Little River Canyon Saturday afternoon.

According to reports the Tucker’s Chapel Fire Department and the Cherokee County Rescue Squad responded to the location at around 4:38 – Rescue Personnel had to use a basket to hoist the victim from the rocks and transported them to an awaiting helicopter where they were transported to an area trauma center.
