Centre, Cedar Bluff and Gaylesville firefighters were dispatched to the scene of a structure fire – located on County Road 617 – at around 4:10 Wednesday morning.
Firefighters arrived to find an outbuilding beside the home fully involved with the fire spreading to the double-wide mobile home itself; fortunately quick action by those responding to the scene made all the difference with the mobile home receiving only minimal damage.
The outbuilding was completely destroyed.
No one was hurt during the incident.
The cause of that fire remains under investigation.
