Mark Wayne Roberts, age 56 of Centre, passed away Tuesday, July 8th at Floyd Medical Center.
Funeral services will be 3:PM Thursday, July 10th at Perry Funeral Home Chapel; burial will follow in Hopewell Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1 until 3: PM Thursday.
Pallbearers include Greg Russell, Garry Phillips, Randy Anderson, Charles Chesnut, Johnathan Roberts, Greg White, Michael White.
Survivors include his wife, Becky White Roberts; daughters, Selena (Joseph) Moat of Centre, Christa Clifton of Centre; brothers, Randy (Katherine) Roberts of Sharpsburg, GA, Phillip (Gaye) Roberts of Centre, David (Shannon) Roberts of Sharpsburg, GA; grandchildren, Blake Moat, Katy Moat, Hayden Moat, Justin Clifton, Ella Clifton; special uncle, Johnny Roberts; several nieces & nephews.
Mr. Roberts was a native of Cherokee County, the son of the late, Jack Benny and Betty Louise Swan Roberts, worked at Valley Joist and was a member of Hopewell Advent Christian Church.
Memorials may be made to Hopewell Cemetery Fund or the family will accept flowers.
