The Fort Payne Optimist Club sponsored the Law Enforcement Appreciation Banquet held Friday night.
At the banquet, Josh was announced as the winner of the 2014 Law Enforcement Officer of the Year and was awarded a plaque. In the photo you have Brian Baine (Optimist Club), Josh Summerford, Summer Summerford, DA Mike O’Dell, Fort Payne Police Officer Steven Whited (Optimist Club).
District Attorney Mike O’Dell nominated Summerford for the award.
