The investigation into an armed robbery occurring in northwest Georgia last week continues; the man was reportedly robbed at gunpoint by two black males at the Trion Track Field in Chattooga County.
The pair allegedly approached the victim and demanded money; when he said he didn’t have any money on him he was then taken to a nearby ATM which turned out to be broken; however they then went to another ATM – where the victim withdrew $500 in cash and then handed it over to the suspects.
Afterwards the two left the area walking north on the railroad tracks.
Trion Police say they’re looking for any leads that the public may be able to provide.
