An Alabama fugitive was arrested by police Saturday night after he kicked out the windshield of a PT Cruiser at a Martha Berry Boulevard motel in Floyd County, Georgia.
Jail records say 39 year old Edward LaDale Johnson was wanted on a parole violation.
He is in jail, charged with second degree criminal damage to property and is also being held on the fugitive warrant.
