DeKalb County Sheriff Jimmy Harris says an investigation is underway involving the discovery of a body in the Collinsville area on Monday.
Harris said only that the body was found near a ditch and that an autopsy will be conducted in an effort to determine a positive ID and an exact cause of death.
He added that it has yet to be determined if there was foul play in the death.
