Sundays are reserved for private bookings. However, some birthday bookings can be made during the week. Parks and recreation facilities manager Craig Russell said his department is excited about the opportunity for residents to have access to a pool

Russell and parks and recreation director Jeff Formby remind everyone that children under the age of 12 have to be accompanied by a parent or guardian. No one will be allowed in otherwise.

Swim lessons will be offered, and a search is underway for a water aerobic instructor – certified life guards are on duty at all times.

The pool is expected to be open through September.
