Mrs. Sue Daniel Sewell, age 88 of Centre, passed away Saturday, May 24th at Redmond Regional Medical Center.
Funeral services will be 11:AM Tuesday, May 27th at Perry Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. John Mullaney officiating; burial will follow in Shiloh-Bothwell Cemetery . The family will receive friends from 9 until 11:AM Tuesday.
Pallbearers include Mike, Keith, Sandy and Jimmy Daniel, Paul Hyche, Richard Stancil, Robert, Thomas and Travis Polstra. Honorary Pallbearers will be Charles Brumbeloe, Doyle Ingram, Eddie Miller, Thomas Rogers, Edwin Bledsoe and Jeffrey Grimm.
Survivors include daughters, Beth Sewell Polstra of Conyers, GA and Annie Jo Sewell of Centre; sister, Jessie M. Bledsoe of Huntsville; 4 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; several cousins, nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas M. Sewell.
Mrs. Sewell was a native of Cherokee County, the daughter of the late Joe and Clyde Daniel, was a homemaker and was a member of Centre First United Methodist Church.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Centre First United Methodist Church or Bothwell Cemetery.
