Dr. Sandra Brownlow Pace

Dr. Sandra Brownlow Pace, age 60, of Rome passed away May 5, 2014 at her residence.

Dr. Pace was born January 5, 1954, if Floyd County, a daughter of the late Gene Brownlow and Mozelle Sprayberry Brownlow. She was a member of Young’s, Grove Baptist Church in Cedartown. She was a graduate Coosa High School and Doctorate in Sociology from Berry College, she was retired from Rome City Schools as a counselor.

Survivors include her husband, Norman Pace, daughter, Laura (Jaymie) Brownlow, Rome; sons, Jay Pace, Oxford, Al;  Rodney Cadle, Macon; grandchildren, Damon Cadle, Ashland Cadle, Alex Robinson, Emily Parker, Patrick Cadle, Gene Cadle, Cheyenne Cadle, Will Brownlow, Tanner Pace, Ben Pace. Great grandchildren, Bayland Hall, Cooper Cadle.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 P.M. Friday May 9, 2014 at Parnick Jennings, Sr.’s Good Shepherd Funeral Home chapel, with Rev. Dale Byars, and Rev. Chip Fickett, officiating. Entombment will follow in Oaknoll Mausoleum. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. Thursday May 8, 2014 at Parnick Jennings, Sr.’s Good Shepherd Funeral Home, 2750 shorter Ave. Rome, Ga. 30165.

Pallbearers include the following gentlemen and asked to meet at the funeral home by 11:30 A.M. on Friday, Damon Cadle, Will Brownlow, Patrick Cadle, Gene Cadle, Gary Pace, Bryce Momon, and Rev. Chip Fickett.
