Raymond Nathanial Hurley, age 31 of Gaylesville, passed away Sunday, April 27th in Ontario, California.
Funeral services will be 3:PM Wednesday, May 7th at Perry Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Wayne Hindman and Rev. Terry Hawkins officiating; burial will follow in Oaknoll Cemetery in Rome, GA. The family will receive friends from 1 until 3:PM Wednesday.
Pallbearers include Dillion Sims, Victor Sims, J.W. Aldridge, Frankie Aldridge, Robert Drake, Woodrow Vestal, Jeremy Hamilton. Honorary pallbearers will be his classmates.
Survivors include his wife, Catheryn Sims Hurley; son, Garrett Raymond Hurley of Gaylesville; step-daughter, Isabella Inez Evett of Gaylesville; parents, Raymond & Rita Garlin Hurley of Gaylesville; grandmother, Esther Wesson of Gaylesville; special friend, Nick Watwood; several aunts, uncles & cousins.
Mr. Hurley was a native of Floyd, Co., GA, and was a truckdriver for Covenant Transport.
