A “Lookout” has been placed for an individual who held up a Floyd County convenience store at around 5:00am Tuesday.

Police describe the man as being approximately 18 or 19 years of age and at the time of the hold-up he was wearing a black “hoodie” and black pants, along with socks and sandals. 

The “hoodie” had a neon yellow letter “A” on it.

The suspect robbed the clerk at the Kangaroo convenience store, located on Calhoun Road, at the intersection with Georgia Loop 1, at gunpoint – getting away with cigarettes and cash.
