Georgia Fugitive Captured in DeKalb County

According to information contained in a news release from DeKalb County Sheriff Jimmy Harris his office was contacted by the U.S. Marshals Service on Thursday (April 10th) concerning their fugitive investigation of 43 year old Kevin Clay Parker of Ringgold, Georgia.

Park was wanted by the Catoosa County Sheriff’s Office for Aggravated Assault.

Through the joint efforts of the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office, U.S. Marshal’s and the Henagar Police Department – their investigation led to a construction project at Koch Farms in Henagar – where Parker was taken into custody on the job site.

He was transported first to the Henagar Police Department and then taken to the DeKalb County Detention Center where he awaits extradition to Georgia.
