Three individuals who are facing federal firearms and explosives charges have entered not guilty pleas in U.S. District Court in Rome.

36 year old Brian Edward Cannon – 28 year old Cory Robert Williamson – and 46 year old Terry Eugene Peace were all arrested last month after arranging a meeting with someone they thought would provide them with a dozen pipe bombs and two thermite devices.

According to the arrest warrant and indictment, those three were plotting to sabotage several law enforcement buildings, power transfer stations and water treatment facilities.

Their not guilty pleas were entered last Friday before Federal Magistrate Walter E. Johnson, who ordered them to be held until their trial.
