Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, taken were three CD’s, two fake fingernails, and makeup, valued at $46.00
Burglary – Occurred at 1205 Beason Gap Road NE, taken was a 42” Sanyo TV and a Cobra 9mm handgun, valued at $725.00
Theft of Property – Occurred at 1207 Watkins Ave NE, a 1992 Ford Ranger was taken, valued at $2500.00

Lisa Marie Almond, age 48 of Centre, was arrested for Theft of Property at 3:49 pm.
Tyrone Davis Thompson, age 26 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Domestic Violence at 4:03 pm.

Johnny Lee Tilley, age 78 of Valley, driving a 2005 Toyota Scion, struck Hunter Wade Stone, age 20 of Fort Payne, driving a 1998 Jeep Wrangler. Passenger in the Scion, Willodean Tilley, was taken by private vehicle to Dekalb Regional Medical Center.
