Mr. Bobby Joe McKerley, age 67 of the Farrill Community passed away Friday, Feb. 28th at Redmond Regional Medical Center.

Funeral services will be 3:PM Sunday, March 2nd at Perry Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Horace Humphrey officiating; burial will follow in Sand Valley Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1 until 3:PM Sunday.

Pallbearers include Jamie Couey, Randy “Tiger” Couey, Kevin Middleton, Scott Hanks, Kevin Angle, Wayne Angle.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Terry Walker, Tony Walker, Christopher Jones, Robert Davis.

Survivors include son, Danny Joe McKerley of Cedar Bluff; daughters, Melinda Ann Rogers of Cedar Bluff, Tabatha Garrett of Rockmart, GA; stepdaughter, Deborah Smith of Rome, GA, Brenda Faye Norris of Arcadia, FL; brother, Robert Lee McKerley of Cedar Bluff; sisters, Jeanette Walker of Centre, Betty Joyce Alkire of Centre, Sue Mackey of Centre, Mardell Gillham of Centre, Emma Lou McKerley of Cedar Bluff; 9 grandchildren; several great grandchildren, nieces & nephews.

Mr. McKerley was a native of Cherokee County, the son of the late Ottis Buck and Ruby Louise Angle McKerley and was of the Baptist Faith.
