A Silver Creek woman was arrested in Floyd County over the weekend – after allegedly making her eleven year old son walk out of a Kroger Supermarket with a buggy full of groceries, without paying.
33 year old Ryan Freeney Stumpp was charged with felony shoplifting, as well as contributing to the delinquency of a minor and a probation violation.
The amount of merchandise amounted to $738.
