Police, Fire, Rescue and Cherokee EMS responded to a single-vehicle accident on the Chestnut Bypass Monday afternoon.
The call came in a little after 5 p.m. when a Dodge pickup truck left the roadway just past Tate’s Chapel Road.
The vehicle ended up on its top in a field.
The driver was transported by ambulance to Cherokee Medical Center with what appeared to be non-life threatening injuries.
