Mrs. Teresa Hogan Pendergrass, age 57 of Collinsville formerly of Centre, passed away February the 5th.
A memorial service will be held Sunday, February the 9th at the Perry Funeral Home Chapel.
The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
She is survived by her children, Colton and Tessa Pendergrass and her mother, Jeanette Hogan of Centre.
The Perry Funeral Home is directing.
