The second suspect in the murder of a Cedartown, Georgia pizza delivery driver in 2012 entered a plea of guilty Thursday morning in Superior Court.
Eddie Lee Clark, who was 15 at the time of his arrest, was to be tried as an adult, for the June 7th slaying of Elizabeth Hutcheson.
Judge Richard Sutton sentenced Clark to Life in Prison, with the possibility of parole in 30 years, on the felony murder charge, and 20 years on the armed robbery charge – to run consecutive with the life sentence.
Clark is alleged to have conspired with Cadedra Cook by calling for a pizza to be delivered, with the intent of robbing the driver. Police state that Cook and Clark both took part in the murder of Hutcheson, who was stabbed multiple times and bludgeoned to death with a golf club.
Cook pled guilty last November (2013) and was sentenced to life in prison.
