William Marshall Maxwell, Sr. age 64 of Centre, passed away Monday, February 3rd at Redmond Regional Medical Center.
Funeral services will be 6:PM Thursday, February 6th at Perry Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Ted Elrod officiating. The family will receive friends from 5 until 6:PM Thursday.
Survivors include his wife, Rose Marie Allred Maxwell; sons, William M. Maxwell, Jr of Centre, Rodney (Tammy) Crane of Cedar Bluff; daughter, Elizabeth Gail Maxwell of Centre; brothers, Bobby (Diane) Maxwell of Gaylesville, Doyle Maxwell of Centre, Phillip Maxwell of Ballplay; sisters, Betty (Bill) Dake of Cedar Bluff, Virginia Wade of Gadsden, Paulette (Gerald) Terry of Rome, GA; grandchildren, William Lott Maxwell, John Paul, Joseph & Canaan Maxwell-Bradfield, Cody & Austin Crane, William Marshall Maxwell, III; Chosen Grandson, Chase Wilson; 2 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by brothers, Glen, Charles, Gene & Gordon Maxwell.
Mr. Maxwell was a native of DeKalb County, the son of the late William Lot and Gladys Beulah Carr Maxwell. Was a concrete Foreman for Bill Harbert Construction Co. and was a member of Servants Heart Baptist Church.
