A number of local agencies got together Saturday to present the 2014 Children’s Fair at the Gadsden State Cherokee Arena.
The event, which had been held in March in the past, is spearheaded by the Office of School Readiness Pre-K programs.
Sarah Richardson, Pre-K Teacher with the Early Learning Center, located at the Cherokee County Career and Technology Center.
In addition to the fun and games for children, the event also offered valuable services and information for parents.
Representatives from the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office, Centre Fire Department and Cherokee EMS were also on hand for the event.
