Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 51 Elizabeth Drive NE, two tires on a 2001 Honda Civic were damaged, valued at $300.00

Theft of Property – Occurred at 604 1^st Street E, 15 gallons of gasoline was taken, valued at $45.00

Damaged Property – Occurred at 900 Greenhill Blvd NW, a car wash was damaged, valued at $2000.00

Theft of Property – Occurred at 702 19^th Street NE, a Husqvarna 440 chainsaw was taken, valued at $315.00

Charles Kevin Hawkins, age 37 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Domestic Violence at 8:39 pm.

Theft of Property and Burglary – Occurred at 151 35^th Street NE, a chain link fence was damaged, a 1989 Chevrolet 4×4 and company checks were taken, valued at $6175.00

Unlawful Breaking and Entering a Vehicle and Burglary – Occurred at 1001 Lebanon Road SW, nineteen 24 volt batteries, assorted tools, and a dye grinder were taken, valued at $4900.00

Leaving the Scene of an Accident – Occurred at 230 Dekalb Plaza Blvd SW, a 2000 Ford Mustang, 2002 Chevrolet Impala and a 2003 Ford F-150 were damaged, valued at $6000.00

Unlawful Breaking and Entering a Vehicle – Occurred at 305 20^th Street NE, a portable air compressor and an Allen wrench set were taken, valued at $60.00

Forgery – Occurred at 2407 Gault Ave N, a check for $1256.00 was wrote without authorization

Burglary – Occurred at 206 Maple Street NW, two signed Auburn footballs, two signed Auburn Pictures, and a signed Auburn Helmet were taken, valued at $500.00
