4 Arrests

Anita Bates Cornelison, age 50 of Henagar, was arrested on a Warrant for Theft of Property at 4:30 am.

Roscoe Covington, age 42 of Centre, was arrested on a Warrant for Judicial Court Services at 2:43 pm.

Antonio Sauceda Guzman, age 19 of Rainsville, was arrested on a Warrant for Judicial Court Services at 6:31 pm.

Joshua Daniel Austin, age 23 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Open Container at 11:46 pm.

Saturday December 21^st                                             

Incidents

Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, taken were a purse, alcohol, hair treatment, face cleaner, flat iron, tic-tacs, make-up wipes, body spray and Listerine, valued at $64.00

Theft of Property – Occurred at 1506 Glenn Blvd SW, taken were a wallet, $230.00 in US currency, credit cards, social security card and driver’s license, valued at $240.00

Unlawful Breaking and Entering a Vehicle –Occurred at 1415 Dogtown Road, a wallet was taken, valued at $30.00

Christopher Steven Bain, age 20 of Pisgah, was arrested for Underage Consumption of Alcohol at 2:24 am.

Christian Cody Dale Payne, age 20 of Dutton, was arrested for Underage Consumption of Alcohol at 2:24 am.

Elizabeth Diane Henderson, age 23 of Boaz, was arrested for Giving False Identification to Law Enforcement at 12:03 am.

Jeremy Dewayne Smith, age 32 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Failure to Appear at 11:22 am.

Kimberly Paige Sinns, age 18 of Valley Head, was arrested for Theft of Property at 3:28 pm.

Tiffany Hope Stephens, age 18 of Valley Head, was arrested for Theft of Property at 3:28 pm.

David Wayne Elkins, age 43 of Atlanta, was arrested for Public Intoxication at 6:52 pm.

2 Accidents with 2 Injuries

An accident occurred at Gault Ave S and 20^th Street SW, a 17 year old male juvenile of Fort Payne driving a 2005 Chevrolet Impala left the roadway and overturned.  Two male juvenile passengers of Fort Payne were transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.

Incidents

Damaged Property – Occurred at 310 Beason Gap Road NE, a chain link fence was damaged, valued at $300.00

Joseph Ryan Zinn, age 33 Fort Payne, was arrested for Domestic Violence at 10:32 am.

Jared Ewell Peace, age 33 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 2:53 pm.

William McKinley Gentry, Jr., age 25 of Fort Payne, was arrested on Two Warrants for Violation of Court Order and Failure to Pay Fines at 5:32 pm.
