Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 200 Medical Center Drive SW, two tires on a 2004 Ford Escape were damaged, valued at $400.00
Theft of Property – Occurred at 3901 Williams Ave NE Apt A 102, a car audio player and two pocket watches were taken, valued at $260.00

Shaun Glenn Foshee, age 30 of Valley Head, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 12:35 am.
Leah Harper Jackson, age 38 of Valley Head, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 12:35 am.
Destany Trivia Ruse, age 28 of Hagerstown, MD., was arrested on a Warrant for Domestic Violence at 11:15 am.
Craig Wayne Wilson, age 26 of Crossville, was arrested on a Warrant for Seatbelt Violation at 11:30 am.
Lakreisha Taylor Breann Jackson, age 19 of Rainsville, was arrested on a Warrant for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 2:56 pm.
Perry Lee King Jr., age 35 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Domestic Violence at 10:23 pm.

Jeremy Lee Keef, age 32 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Revocation Warrant at 8:12 pm.
2 Accidents with 1 Fatality
An accident occurred at I-59 and Greenhill Blvd NW, Keith Douglas Looney, age 40 of Collinsville, driving a 2008 Ford Ranger, left the roadway, overturned and was ejected from the vehicle. Looney was pronounced dead at Dekalb Regional Medical Center.
