Rome Police have reportedly identified the suspect who allegedly stole a wallet at the Brewhouse on Broad Street – then used its credit cards at a number of locations across Floyd County.

Warrants have been issued for 23 year old Christopher Wayne Lloyd, on two counts of Theft and three felony counts of Financial Card Fraud.

Lloyd and a yet-to-be identified woman are accused of stealing the credit cards on December 6th.

Wal-Mart cameras captured the pair on surveillance video as they left the store, after having used the cards.
