One man was killed, another injured in a two-vehicle wreck in Calhoun County on Friday.
According to Alabama State Troopers, 39-year old Jed Dautenhahn of Jacksonville was pronounced dead on the scene after the 1991 Honda he was driving collided with a 1999 Ford pickup truck being driven by 58-year-old Lester Ledlow of Anniston.
The wreck occurred on County Road 109 shortly after 5 a.m. Friday.
Troopers say Dautenhahn wasn’t wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash, which occurred approximately four miles north of Anniston.
