We’ve had reports of a two-vehicle accident occurring on County Road 24 at approximately 7:30 Friday morning.
Early indications are that at least one of the vehicles struck and downed a power pole, and power lines were down across the roadway.
The exact location of the accident was 2430 County Road 24, that’s just off County Road 19.
No word yet on whether or not anyone was injured in the accident.
Cherokee Electric Crews and emergency personnel responded.
