Authorities are still searching for the driver who struck and killed a pedestrian Tuesday afternoon
According to a news release from the Jacksonville Post of the Alabama State Troopers – 38 year old Cathy Cooper of Talladega – was fatally injured when she was struck by a vehicle at 5:10pm, on Renfroe Road approximately eight miles west of Talladega.
The vehicle left the scene, and authorities are asking anyone with information regarding that case to contact the Jacksonville State Trooper Post at (256) 435-3521.
