The Cherokee County Christmas Parade is set for Saturday, December 7th.
The parade kicks-off at 10:00 that morning with the line-up starting at 9:00 from DC Gas back to K-Mart.
The parade route runs from DC Gas along Main Street, winding up at Centre Elementary School.
This year’s big event will once again feature more than 100 entries from area businesses, schools community organizations, civic clubs, and church groups – as well as area municipalities and our first responders, and of course, Santa Claus will be riding a City of Centre Fire Truck, tossing out candy along the way.
Serving as this year’s Grand Marshal will be the Town of Leesburg.
