Governor Robert Bentley to Attend Etowah County Republican Party Annual Dinner Tuesday Night

Dr. Robert Bentley will be the keynote speaker at the Etowah County Republican Party Annual Dinner.

Governor Bentley will address an anticipated sold out crowd of more than 500 for the annual fund raiser.

Bentley was sworn in as governor on January 17, 2011. He and wife Dianne have four sons and six grandchildren. He is an active member of First Baptist Church Tuscaloosa where he serves as a Deacon and Sunday School Teacher.

 

Governor Bentley and the Etowah County Republican Party will honor Congressman Jim Martan, who many credit with starting the modern Republican movement in Alabama. Also, Jim and his wife Pat Martin, a former Miss Alabama, will lead the crowd in the patriotic song “God

Bless America.”

The dinner will be at 6:30pm, Tuesday night at Gadsden’s Convention Hall.
