Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, bandages, greeting cards, jewelry, clothing and food items were taken, valued at $252.84.

Duty to Stop and Remain – Occurred at 2001 Glenn Blvd SW, paint on a 1997 Ford Ranger was damaged, valued at $350.00.

11 Arrests:

Drake Dejuan Scarbrough, age 19 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Leaving the Scene of an Accident at 2:57 pm.

Richard Dewayne Floyd, age 31 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Judicial Court Services at 4:55 pm.

William Keith Love, age 45 of Henagar, was arrested on a Court Order to Serve 25 Days at 5:15 pm.

Manuel Junior Tomas Pablo, age 23 of Collinsville, was arrested on a Court Order to Serve 5 Days at 5:15 pm.

Tammy Flesa Wilbanks, age 36 of Rainsville, was arrested on a Court Order to Serve 5 Days at 5:15 pm.

Crystal Leann Westmoreland, age 31 of Collinsville, was arrested on a Warrant for Violation of Court Order at 5:40 pm.

Jennifer Benay Pearsey, age 23 of Gaylesville, was arrested on Two Revocation of Suspended Sentence Warrants at 6:24 pm.

Kerri Lynn Jones, age 40 of Scottsboro, was arrested on a Court Order to Serve 85 Days at 6:50 pm.

Antony Glenn Guinn, age 57 of Valley Head, was arrested on Two Warrants for Reckless Endangerment and Criminal Mischief at 7:14 pm.

Eric Lee Walker, age 29 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Court Order to Serve 3 Days at 6:24 pm.

Susan Lynn Malone, age 64 of Fort Payne, was arrested for DUI and Open Container at 7:33 pm.

3 Accidents with 2 Injuries:

An accident occurred at Glenn Blvd SW and Airport Road W, Carolyn Soledad Irene Castro, age 18 of Valley Head, driving a 2005 Pontiac Grand Am struck Nakisha Michelle Wallace, age 36 of Fort Payne, driving a 2008 Chevrolet Suburban. Wallace was taken to DeKalb Regional by private vehicle.

An accident occurred at Jordan Road SW and Industrial Blvd SW, Savannah Michael Pinegar, age 20 of Fort Payne, driving a 2007 Chrysler PTC left the roadway and overturned. Pinegar was transported to DeKalb Regional by DeKalb Ambulance Service.

Incidents:

Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, beads, a watch, batteries and wire were taken, valued at $68.74.

Recovered Property – Occurred at 616 Eberhart Road SE, a 2006 Kawasaki 750 was recovered, valued at $2900.00.

Marta Sue Brown, age 55 of Rainsville, was arrested for Theft of Property at 10:37 am.

Michael Christopher Bailey, age 39 of Scottsboro, was arrested on a Warrant for Probation Violation at 11:59 am.

Terry Eugene Knight, age 52 of Attalla, was arrested on a Warrant for Violation of Court Order at 3:51 pm.

Beverly Browder Wilson, age 54 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Probation Violation at 7:29 pm.

Kevin Joe Patterson, age 47 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Driving under the Influence of any Substance and Open Container at 7:34 pm

Hollie Jamaica Hall, age 32 of Flat Rock, was arrested for Using False Identity to Obstruct Justice at 11:46 pm.

Unlawful breaking and Entering a Vehicle – Occurred at 2001 Glenn Blvd SW, a Gucci purse, prescription medication and a driver’s license were taken, valued at $225.00.

Crystal Jade Poe, age 22 of Valley Head, was arrested for Chemical Endangerment of Exposing a Child at 11:00 am.

Anthony Matthew Gilreath, age 23 of Gaylesville, was arrested on 3 Counts of Burglary and Possession of Burglary Tools at 1:30 pm.

Donna Deanne Daniel, age 28 of Fort Payne, was arrested on 4 Counts of Burglary at 2:00 pm.

Michelle Lynn King McCullough, age 33 of Tuscaloosa, was arrested on a Warrant for Probation Violation at 2:39 pm.

Timothy William Maynor, Jr., age 23 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Theft of Property at 7:39 pm.

Possession of a Forged Instrument – Occurred at 1500 Gault Ave N Suite B, a 10.00 dollar bill was counterfeit.

Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 205 45th Street NE, paint on a 2001 Mitsubishi Montero was damaged, valued at $350.00.
