Former Dekalb County Chief Jail administrator Mitch Dendy has entered a guilty plea before Judge Randall Cole to charges of harassment.
According to a news release from Sheriff Jimmy Harris, Dendy pled guilty to one count on each of three victims and received a sentence of 30 days in jail and a 100.00 fine on each count plus court costs.
The sentences are to run consecutively but were suspended for 24 months.
The sheriff says the victims are all satisfied with the results of the plea agreement and look forward to moving on with their lives.
