A man who died on Weiss Lake Saturday, apparently died from natural causes, according to Cherokee County Coroner Broderick Smith.
Cherokee EMS and other personnel were dispatched to the area off of County Road 31 at Cowan Creek about five miles east of Centre just after 10 a.m. Saturday.
Alabama Marine Police were also called in to investigate.
Once again, it appears the man died as a result of natural causes and not a lake accident.
