Murder indictments have been handed down from a Floyd County Grand Jury for the murder earlier this year of Kevin Daniel.
Court documents show Christopher Smith, Jamarrcus Sullivan and Antonio Jones were all indicted on two counts of murder, including one each for Malice Murder, on August 16th.
Daniel, age 39, was shot to death back on June 1st on Wheeler Street in Rome.
A total of nine other suspects were subsequently arrested for some form of hampering the investigation of the case and pursuit of the three accused killers.
Two of those nine suspects, Cedranecia Evans and Takia Price, were indicted by the Grand Jury for allegedly helping Sullivan hide from officers after the murder.
Sullivan, Smith and Jones each face 11 total charges.
